Coming out of São Paulo, Brazil, Maz has started to make a name for himself in the alternative hip hop realm. Citing various influences as a son of a DJ, he utilizes his own overblown, yet a times mellow production to accompany an unorthodox delivery; painting a world beyond sounds into a multi-dimensional aesthetic delving into photography, film, and fashion. Currently based in Boston, Maz plants his feet promptly into the minds of the listener, transporting them to his expression of his past, present, and future.
